A notice regarding Council Tax Banding has been received from Glasgow City Council
The notice can be found here

Block C Lift Refurbishment

Refurbishment of the Block C firefighting lift is planned to commence on Monday 1st September 2025. This lift has not been in operation since 2013.
This will be a huge improvement to Block C once the work is complete.

EPM are responsible for the management of Kingston Quay and make it clear that certain activities are not permitted within the development including -

Kingston Quay Association - objectives

The objectives of the Association are  -

​

  • To promote and protect the interests of all owners and residents of 220 & 240 Wallace Street, Glasgow (also known as Kingston Quay) on matters concerning the management, maintenance and improvement of the building and the immediate area around it.


  • To ensure that everyone resident within the building, both owners and tenants, has an equal opportunity to become involved in the Association and its work.


  • To promote a positive community spirit within Kingston Quay.


  • To work cooperatively with the Property Manager to achieve these Objectives
